Are you fed up of picking up a ticket and doing the same thing over and over? Are you exhausted doing the same 1st line support fixes over and over? Want to get a bit more responsibility and a broader set of duties, whilst keeping your current skill set up to date?

Essentially, my client can provide all of this to you, as well as an exceptionally good work environment.

Having grown massively (in terms of clients and in terms of staffing), the need for a Systems Administrator has become more prevalent and that is where you come in! The Systems Administrator will be responsible for all the usual IT Support duties you get but with scope to work on a lot more. The Systems Administrator will be involved with things like IT Procurement, Systems rollout, some IT Infrastructure, Cloud Support and anything else that is technical but doesn’t sit with the Software Engineering teams.

You will work across Mac, Windows and Google products within the desktop, infrastructure, networking and cloud space. Carry out and also manage projects, work on information and data security, IT procurement and everything and anything in between. The Systems Administrator role will be extremely varied.

Key Skills required for the 1st Line Support Technician:

• Good personal skills, as you will be supporting the whole team, from new starters to the experienced CTO
• Confident MAC OS User
• Some Office Network and Firewall experience would be great, especially Firewall experience.
• Any G- Suite experience is welcomed
• Supporting software and applications that the business users need, including contacting the vendors when needed.
• Someone with knowledge of CMS’s such as WordPress, Joomla etc. would be great, alongside basic HTML and CSS

Benefit include:

• Generous Company Bonus Scheme
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
• Private Medical Insurance
• Cycle2Work Scheme
• Excellent training and training budget
